A: The doll hair I like to use and recommend is good quality nylon doll hair! For commissions, this hair to be ordered at an extra cost to the commission. I can also use a lower quality hair type (such as dollar store hair extensions) but only after discussing the option over with my client.
A: 100% acrylic yarn! It's from my personal experience the best kind of yarn for pony hair! The shine is beautiful, the texture is soft, and hair styles can somewhat defy gravity. The the color range is also near endless!
A: For reroots (doll hair or yarn hair customs) usually second hand! For sculpted hair customs, I've been using my own resin ponies I have made.
