Yo, I've been meaning to start watching invincible but always find myself not having time to finish the first episode, Im now coming back to the show and I see that there is another episode 1 in front of episode 1 "ITS ABOUT TIME". It was for sure not there before so I just wanna know if that episode is relevant to the plot and if I should watch it as the first episode or last episode since it wasn't there at the beginning.

We might not know what is to come, but we are reminded of what Invincible is really about. With great power comes intense emotional horror and a strained relationship with your dad. This standalone episode of an isolated girl with god-like powers and a difficult homelife is a perfect touchstone for the series as a whole.

At San Diego Comic-Con, some major news was announced for Invincible, such as the revelation that Season 2 will finally be premiering on Prime Video on Nov. 3, 2023. The season will be split up into halves with the second part set to follow in early 2024. Meanwhile, it was announced that a special standalone episode centered on Atom Eve would also be released on Prime Video, and as of July 21, it's already been made available for streaming.
