E-FAR Lab focuses on food access and community food systems research with an equity lens. We seek to understand and address nutrition-related needs among the population through citizen-driven, policy, system, and environment (PSE) change approaches. We identify various place-based and food systems interventions locally and globally to improve access to safe, affordable, nutritious, and culturally acceptable food as well as health-related outcomes.
