Operating hours

Monday 8:00 am – 4:00 pm

Tuesday 8:00 am – 7:00 pm  

Wednesday 8:00 am – 7:00 pm  

Thursday 8:00 am – 4:00 pm

Friday 8:00 am – 4:00 pm

The operating hours will vary slightly over the course of the year in line with the Killam library hours, as well the centre may be closed for short periods to conduct equipment service or maintenance.  Contact us for further information.

Storm closure policy

The ARDC generally follows the Dalhousie storm policy. In cases where the centre needs to be closed, an email is sent to the ARDC registered researchers. Researchers are advised to check their email before departing to the centre on days when the weather is not pleasant.
