I thought you may be interested in a simple modification to a hammer trolley. These trollies come with rubber wire grips that break after time and are expensive to replace. I’ve removed the rubbers and their metal retaining clips and attached a strip of wood along the top bar. I picked up the existing threaded holes in the top bar. Terry or spring clips are then screwed into the wood to hold the wires.
