PROCEDURE FOR REGISTERING FOR THE FINAL PROJECT PROPOSAL SEMINAR
The implementation of the Final Project begins with the preparation of the Final Project proposal which is submitted at the end of semester VII. The deadline for completing the Final Project is one semester. If the cadets do not complete the Final Project until the Final Project hearing, they will be given an extension period of 1 (one) month. If it turns out that they cannot fulfill the provisions mentioned above, the cadets will be declared failed in the preparation of the Final Project.
Final Project Proposal Seminar Registration Requirements
1. Cadets fill in the online registration form via the link provided (click here);
2. Cadets prepare 1 file in PDF format which must be uploaded when filling out online registration;
3. The file is an approval form to take part in the final project proposal seminar signed by supervisor 1 (one) / supervisor 2 (two) / Proposal Seminar Team Coordinator;
4. Registration will be opened once in each period;
Period 1: November 24-28, 2022
Period 2: December 1 - 6, 2022
5. After registering, cadets will receive an automatic reply email from the system & please wait for the announcement of the seminar implementation in the news channel;
6. Cadets who do not follow all the provisions above, the final project proposal seminar will not be processed.

TURNITIN SIMILARITY INDEX CHECK PROCEDURE
Turnitin Similarity Index Check Conditions
1. Cadets submit digital files of the final chapter and final guidance sheet in accordance with the Turnitin Similarity Index Check schedule;
2. Submission via study program email (prodi.llu@ppicurug.ac.id), cc: Email Supervisor I, Email Supervisor II with Subject: Turnitin Similarity Index Check;
3. File format and naming as follows, NIT_BAB ..._NAME OF STUDENT.pdf (Example: 31418001_BAB I-III_ABDALLAH MUHAMMAD.pdf);
4. After sending the email, cadets do not need to confirm and please wait for the reply email;
5. Turnitin similarity index check time is at most 1 x 24 hours working days;
6. Turnitin Similarity Index results will be sent via reply email from the study program to the email address of the digital file sender and cc: Email Supervisor I, Email Supervisor II;
7. Similarity Index threshold values as follows;
a. Chapter I - III: 50%
b. Chapter IV - V : 30%
c. Final year manuscript: 30%
8. Keep the similarity index results for the “Final Final Project Manuscript” because it must be attached to the final project manuscript before submitting it to the study program for registration for the Final Project Session;
9. If there are cadets who exceed the similarity index threshold value, then please revise and resubmit to the study program through the same flow (while the schedule is still ongoing) with Subject: Turnitin Similarity Index Check 2;
10. Prodi does not accept consultations related to the similarity index check results, please cadets contact their respective TA Supervisors;
11. Cadets who do not follow all of the above conditions, the similarity index check will not be processed.
