1. INTRODUCTION
One of the important processes in the implementation of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education is the learning process supported by lecturers. Lecturers have an important role in the learning process so that all activities can run well. To ensure that the learning process runs well and is directed, monitoring and evaluation activities are carried out on the implementation of learning. The implementation of monitoring and evaluation of the learning process at Politeknik Penerbangan Indonesia Curug is carried out for all study programs at the end of each semester. Monitoring is carried out to find out the activities of the learning process by lecturers. Meanwhile, evaluation is the final result of monitoring activities carried out during the teaching and learning process during one semester.
2. OBJECTIVES
In general, monitoring and evaluation of the learning process at Politeknik Penerbangan Indonesia Curug is carried out with the following objectives:
Controlling the learning process so that activities run effectively and achieve planned results;
Obtaining information related to the implementation of lectures and their results, as well as information material for the sustainability of the next learning process;
Obtain input for improvement as a recommendation for decision making by the leadership of the Indonesian Aviation Polytechnic Curug.
3. SCOPE
Monitoring and evaluation of the learning process is carried out consistently every semester on matters related to the learning process, namely:
1. Lecturer attendance;
2. Attendance of cadets
3. Achievement of course material;
4. Evaluation of Lecturer Performance by Cadets (EDOT).
