About
Hi there! I'm Ataher Ali , form Kishoreganj, Dhaka, Bangladesh.
Recently, I completed my Master's theory exams and finalizing my thesis. Prior to this, I have completed my Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Fisheries (Honours) from University of Chittagong, Bangladesh. I profoundly want to mention that I had done a term paper (short-term independent research) titled "Development of a simple R package for the Estimation of Stock Status from length frequency data" as part of my undergrad degree. In addition to my standard academic curriculum, I actively engaged in multiple research projects centered around seaweed potentiality, carbon sequestration rates, aquaculture, and nutrition. Through these endeavors, I've cultivated a thorough understanding of research methodologies, proficiently managing data-driven analyses, conducting laboratory experiments, and independently collecting field data. Working both collaboratively and autonomously, I've honed my skills in these areas, enhancing my overall research proficiency Besides, as a research assistant, I have developed my skill in writing project reports, budgeting, and compiling financial reports.
Rather than confining myself solely to classroom studies, I actively participated in a diverse range of voluntary and extracurricular activities throughout my student life. I found solace and enrichment in voluntary work, reading, and sports during my leisure time. Furthermore, I enthusiastically contributed as an active member to the Chittagong University Nature Club (CUNC). My academic pursuits, coupled with my involvement in extracurricular and voluntary endeavors, have fostered a sense of social responsibility and conscientiousness within me. This has fueled my strong passion for further academic advancement, aspiring to attain expertise in my desired field.
