Suggesting what can be done to improve the situation.
AT THE TOP OF LANGUAGES CURRENT SITUATION
Our company has decreased its sales. We haven’t been well for a long time. Our way of making websites is obsolete. One of our strongest points is staff training, however the profesionals we have hired for our company, don’t even know how to do correctly their work. Many of our current contributors are selling their shares so our power of making enterprises visible is becoming less effective.
SOME MEASUREMENTS TO TAKE
One posible factor of this collapse is the neglugency of our staff. We should replace those employers. If we analyze the market, employee training from other enterprises is highly demanded and we offer that so we must take advantage of it.
I have looked into our sales pattern and we are spending a huge part of our time translating websites. We need to stop doing this. Currently you can enter on internet and search for translation pages which can get our job done easily.
WHAT OUR COMPANY WILL BECOME WITH THOSE STEPS
What I want to do with the company is not a magic potion which you drink and the problems are solved inmediatly. It is gonna be a long course to go through but with a whole renovation of our entity, more clients will trust in our services and we could finally take off from this mud ground.

WHEN THE FEAR TO SHARE AVOID TO WIN
Sometimes we try to keep out of sight our development to our competitors. We are thinking how much our progress cost and how long it cost to arrive to obtain the results.
If somebody is putting all their efforts to reach the best results and the products have a best position in the market then why don’t we copy their job and try to put our time to look for strengths?
In “At the top of languages” have a bigger knowledge about the different countries, about the culture, the type of clients and we have a good relation with them. We have worked with the customers about the profit to copy other projects, then now they will put their achievements to help you,
Come on! We have all that your company needs. If really you want to obtain your best results we know how to do this.
The share aims will be our purpose, the market will be the world and the profits will be the best. Do it!
CULTURE
Human being is not really different from other species. Our IQ is higher and that is a significant difference, our DNA is composed of other sequences of nucleotides. Our number of chromosomes it’s not the same so the physical appearance isn’t the same either.
Many important writers and biologists differ in the discussion about which the main difference is. From my point of view, most of the babies are born without any ounce of malice and the situations they live and the education they receive conditionate their future behaviour and way of being. Basing our celling on this premise, we can say that probably culture is the cause which produces variability between the species.
Culture is always changing, anyway, the culture is not only the actual one. Culture has been created since the human being appeared and we are still creating it right now. So, we cannot only reduce the culture to the current one.
The events we have passed through like wars, law or even sport events; The education people receive in schools or even the way parents educate their own children; The variety of unities of money there are; The different languages that are spoken; Those examples are a minimal part of what our culture is composed of. But they are enough to get an idea of how our most appreciated property is.
LIFE AFTER COVID
One year ago, when proximity wasn’t a privilege, we could travel to anywhere, we could share the newspaper to read the news. The business lunches possible to close deals with the customers. Suddenly, all changed.
The companies weren’t prepared. They lost a lot of money because they didn’t adjust quickly these changes.The fear and the cost to the new way of working make the teams stop the production as well as the new research.. Sharing the Know-how between the co-workers only was possible if there was a computer nearby because everybody worked at home..
Although the Covid time made new projects grow , which have had the new technologies as a main ingredient. All is possible if you are not close. You could use different ways to communicate such as Teams, Skype, … and have seen that this is running.
Future is changing and maybe the past will never come but the only thing that we should learn would be that we need to be prepared for the new changes that could be , perhaps new Covid time is coming.
