Year One 2026–2027

• Attend the November 2026 NJEA Convention.

• By December 2026, facilitate a book study of The Anxious Generation focused on the bell-to-bell law and digital wellness.

• Attend the March 2027 NJECC Educational Technology.

• By June 2027, submit one proposal to present at a state or national professional conference.

• By June 2027, submit one practitioner article related to AI literacy and educational equity.

Year Two 2027–2028

• Attend the June 2027 ISTE+ASCD conference.

• Attend the April 2028 AERA annual meeting.

• By June 2028, serve in one formal professional service role.

• By June 2028, pilot two family AI literacy and digital wellness sessions. 

• By June 2028, submit one grant, sponsorship, or funding proposal to support a community initiative, research dissemination, or professional-learning opportunity.

Year Three 2028-2029

• By December 2028, host an advisory group of educators, students, families, and community partners to examine equitable AI literacy and digital wellness needs.

• By April 2029, submit one research-based manuscript to a peer-reviewed journal.

• By May 2029, pursue one leadership residency or fellowship.

• By May 2029, produce and publicly share one multimedia story, podcast, or short documentary that translates my research.

• By June 2029, facilitate one research-based professional-learning experience.

• By June 2029, pursue one formal district-level, statewide, board, commission, or advisory leadership opportunity.

• Attend July 2029 Innovative Schools Summit. 

• Attend 2029 International Council of Professors of Educational Leadership.
