Middle school English Language Arts educator and educational leader whose work centers literacy, student belonging, technology access, and the design of systems that help students and educators thrive. 

Leadership experience includes coordinating extended learning programs, supporting tiered intervention systems, developing professional learning, leading districtwide literacy initiatives, and building partnerships among schools, families, and community organizations. 

Holds New Jersey Teacher of English and Supervisor certificates, has completed NJEXCEL leadership preparation, and is pursuing an Ed.D. in Educational Technology Leadership at Kean University.
