The Administrative Head of the District Health Directorate is represented by the Director of Health Services at the District Level. He/She oversees all administrative and technical management of the District in-terms of Health Health Service delivery.

Currently Dr. (Med) Bryan Aapentuo Sienso is the Ag. District Director of Health Services at the Asutifi North District.

The Disease Control is a department at the District Health Directorate responsible the implementation Public Health related activities within the district. Some of this Public Health activities include Expanded Program on Immunization (EPI) which include cold chain and vaccine management. Disease Surveillance activities is also managed under this unit. 

Currently, the Disease Control Unit is headed by Mr. Laar Salaam Dam-Park. 

The Nutrition unit of the District Health Directorate is responsible for promoting good nutritional practices and management nutrition related conditions such as diabetes and hypertension.

Currently the Nutrition Unit of the District is Headed by Ms. Juliet Yeboah. 

The Public Health unit unlike the other units is mainly responsible for nursing and midwifery service activities, spanning from Family Planning activities, Maternal and Health Services and others. 

Currently Ms. Juliana Amankwaah Mensah is the District Public Health Nurse for Asutifi North District.

Data Management is one of the key aspects of service delivery within the Ghana Health Service. This is supervised by a Health Information Officers at the various health facilities within the district. At the District level, the District Health Information Officer ensure timely entry of all data into the District Health Information Management System (DHIMS).

The unit at the District level is managed by Ms. Belinda Boateng.

This is the Unit at the District Health Directorate responsible for documentation of all records of staff working within the various facilities in the District. Additionally, the unit is responsible for validating staff every month for salary payment.

Currently, Ms. Serwaa Bonsu is the Administrative Manager for the District.

The accounts unit looks at managing the financial assets of with respect to health services in the District. 

Mr. Micheal Mensah is currently the District Accountant for the Health Directorate. 

The Health Promotion Unit is the mouthpiece of the District as far as ensuring that the people of Asutifi North District engage in Healthy Lifestyle choices through Social and Behavioral Change Communication (SBCC) and Advocacy. 

The Distrct Health Promotion Officer currently is Ms. Abiba Sule.
