Terms of Service — AstroPlay GrahaVerse

1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading or using AstroPlay GrahaVerse ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. Entertainment and Educational Purpose Only
All readings, interpretations, predictions, and content within AstroPlay GrahaVerse are provided for entertainment and educational purposes only. They do not constitute advice of any kind — including financial, medical, legal, psychological, or relationship advice. Do not make important life decisions based on content within this App. AstroPlay and its creators accept no liability for any actions taken based on App content.
3. Hypothetical Chart Notice
Charts built in AstroPlay are exploratory and hypothetical in nature. Planet placements you create do not represent a real astrological reading unless based on a verified personal birth chart. The sandbox is a learning and discovery tool.
4. Stars Currency
Stars are virtual currency with no real-world monetary value and cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged for cash. Purchased stars are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. Star balances may be reset if your account is terminated.
5. In-App Purchases
The App offers optional in-app purchases including star packs and a subscription. All purchases are processed by Google Play and are subject to Google Play's terms and refund policies.
6. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
7. Celebrity Chart Data
Celebrity chart data is presented for historical and educational reference only. Birth time accuracy is not guaranteed where marked unverified. Chart similarities are coincidental and do not imply shared destiny or outcomes.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, design, and code within the App is the property of the developer. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the App.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
