If you would like to delete your AstroPlay — GrahaVerse account and associated data, please send a request to:

Include the email address associated with your account in your request.
What gets deleted:
- Your account profile and sign-in information
- Your star balance and purchase history
- Your saved charts and natal chart data
- Your exploration progress and milestone badges
Data retention:
We will process your deletion request within 30 days. Some transaction records may be retained as required for legal, tax, or fraud-prevention purposes, even after account deletion, in accordance with applicable law.
