AstraCore FPS may offer in-app purchases (“IAP”) using the Google Play Billing system.
By making a purchase:
You agree that all transactions are final and processed by Google Play.
Refunds are subject to Google Play’s refund policies, not directly by Karmakshetra Games, Vikas.
Virtual goods or in-game items have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for real money.
The game uses Google AdMob to display advertisements.
Ads may be personalized or contextual, depending on your privacy and consent settings.
By playing, you acknowledge that ad content and frequency are controlled by third-party ad providers, not directly by us.
You may adjust ad personalization preferences in your device settings or within the in-app consent dialog.
If you sign in with Google Play Games Services, the game may access your Google Play Games ID and save your progress to the cloud.
Progress sync and achievements depend on Google Play Games’ functionality.
We are not responsible for data loss caused by Google account issues, device errors, or uninstallations.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without prior notice, if you:

Engage in cheating, hacking, or abusive behavior, or
Interfere with the integrity of the game or its servers.
You may also stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the app.
All content in AstraCore FPS — including the game design, code, art, sounds, and trademarks — is the intellectual property of Karmakshetra Games, Vikas or its licensors.
You may not reproduce or distribute any part of the game without prior written consent.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.”
We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding:
The game’s performance, reliability, or error-free operation, or
The accuracy of any information within it.
You assume all risks associated with using the game.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Karmakshetra Games, Vikas and its affiliates shall not be liable for any:
Direct or indirect damages,
Data loss, device malfunction, or
Loss of virtual items or progress
arising from your use or inability to use the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available within the game or on our official privacy/terms pages.
Your continued use of the Service after changes have been posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of courts located in India.
