Data Deletion Rights and Account Removal

We are committed to respecting your privacy and enabling your rights regarding your personal data. If you wish to permanently delete your data and remove your game account, please follow the instructions below.

1. Right to Deletion

As a user, you have the right to request the deletion of your personal data associated with AstraCore FPS.
A Data Deletion Request will trigger the permanent removal of the following:

• Your Game Progress and Save Data stored via Google Play Games Services (used for cloud saving and achievements).
  
  

• Identifiers and Usage Data held by Google AdMob, used for ad delivery, analytics, and personalization.
  
  

• Any Email Communication and associated personal information stored in our official support mailbox (vikramaditya1v@gmail.com).
  
  

Note on Purchases:
Deleting your data and account does not automatically refund your in-app purchases. For refunds, please follow the standard Google Play refund process through the Google Play Store.

2. Instructions for Requesting Data Deletion

To request complete deletion of your data and account:

1. Send an Email:

2. Subject Line:
   Use the subject line:
   👉 "Data Deletion Request - AstraCore FPS"
   
   

3. Include Details:
   In the email body, include your Google Play Games account name or the email address linked to your game progress, so we can verify your identity.
   
   

3. Our Response and Process

Once your request is received, we will:

1. Verify your identity to confirm the ownership of the account.
   
   

2. Delete your game save data and progress from Google Play Games Services.
   
   

3. Initiate deletion of any associated identifiers and ad-related data within Google AdMob systems, where possible.
   
   

4. Permanently delete your support email and communication records from our internal system.
   
   

5. Notify you via email once the process is complete.
   
   

Please allow reasonable time for third-party partners (like Google) to process the final deletion.
