1. ASTRA Lab PI Selected to Present at ICAM 2026

ASTRA Lab Principal Investigator Dr. Nandhini Raju has been selected to present her research at the ASTM International Conference on Advanced Manufacturing (ICAM 2026), taking place September 28–October 2, 2026, in Orlando, Florida.

Her presentation, titled “Laser-Based Additive Manufacturing of Inconel 718 Gas-Turbine Cooling Structures: Printability and Neutron CT Evaluation,” highlights research completed before the establishment of ASTRA Lab. The work integrates metal additive manufacturing, gas-turbine cooling-component design, and neutron computed tomography to evaluate the printability and internal features of complex cooling structures.
