Training Notes

Attendance

1. Attendance is by registration. Please register online for the training.
2. No certificate of attendance is provided.

Refreshment Cost

1. Refreshments (e.g. bottled water, snacks, carton drinks, etc.) may be provided when available.
2. The fee includes a light halal lunch meal. Food is also available at many nearby locations around the training facility.
3. Consumption of drinks in cups is not permitted at the workshop table. Bottled water or carton drinks may be permitted. Students should appreciate this concern of coffee spills on the work table.

Workshop

1. Our Training is conducted in a workshop environment and not in lecture room training.
2. Students get to work with their notebooks and texts.
3. Please bring your own notebook computer preferably with a mouse as touch pads are not efficient for learning purposes.

AsterWrite Software

1. If you wish to use the AsterWrite Trial software, please bring a valid Credit Card for automatic registration.
2. AsterWrite Trial software is charged at US$2.50 for seven (7) days. AsterWrite Trial software has full features but no backup facility is available and your account is auto deleted at the expiry of the trial.

Seminar Timing

Approximate Times

Seminar Registration: 0900 - 0930 hrs

The Registration session comprises of student welcoming and introductions.

Seminar Lectures: 0930 - 1230 hrs

The morning session comprises of lectures and/or demonstration using AsterWrite.

Seminar Break: 1230 - 1330 hrs

The lunch break and socializing.

Seminar Hands-On: 1330 - 1630 hrs

The afternoon session comprises of demonstration using AsterWrite.

Seminar Close: 1630 - 1700 hrs

The seminar is closed.
