What is DLP?
DLP stands for Defect Liability Period.
What is VP?
VP stands for Vacant Possession.
What is CL?
CL stands for Clearance Letter.
What is DRF?
DRF stands for Defect Rectification Form. Purchasers can fill up this form to make a defect complaint in
My Property(s)
What is the next step after obtaining the Clearance Letter (CL) for your property?
Do call our Customer Service Officer Township (CSOT) to secure an appointment for the handing over of your keys.
How do I lodge a defect complaint?
As a purchaser, you may lodge complain by any of the following channels:-
