Deadline: Deadline for payment is Sunday, June 30, 2019.

Conference fee: The conference fee is 2500 sek (incl. VAT).

The conference fee will include:

• All meals (lunch buffet, 2-course dinner, and coffee breaks) from Monday dinner to Thursday dinner
• Conference venue

The conference fee does not include accommodation (see below).

Accommodation

We have reserved a limited number of rooms at the conference hotel. Rooms should be booked by the participants themselves directly at the hotel by email (konferens@smogenshafvsbad.se ) or phone (+46 (0) 523 66 84 58) giving the code "376874". Bookings can not be done via their homepage! Reservations are made from Monday afternoon to Friday morning.

The cost for accommodation at the conference hotel and is 4680 sek / single room for 4 nights (Monday afternoon to Friday morning). The cost for a shared room is 3340 sek / person for 4 nights (Monday afternoon to Friday morning). Accommodation includes breakfast. All prices are incl. VAT.

The rooms are held until July 15. Note that there are not enough rooms for all participants at the conference hotel!

Sharing rooms between participants

If participants want to share rooms, they should specify this at the moment of booking. In this case please only send one booking, giving the name of the additional participant.

Accompanying persons

If you are being accompanied by a private person, please specify this at the moment of booking. Private persons are welcome to join the conference for lunches and dinners. The meals should be paid directly to the hotel at checkout. Please specify the meals you want to have when booking the room.

Alternative accommodation

We have booked additional rooms in a nearby hostel Makrillvikens vandrarhem (www.makrillviken.se) (150m from the conference hotel). Rooms are between 900 -1300 SEK/night. Breakfast can be booked at the conference hotel for 125 SEK/person/day. You can book rooms by email (info@makrillviken.se) or phone (+46 (0) 523 315 65). Give the reference "Chalmers".

Rooms at the hostel are held only until June 24!
