1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By downloading or using the GMAT Prep : Tests application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Application.

2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE

GMAT Prep : Tests is a test preparation application for the GMAT exam. The Application offers:

- Free limited access to 50 practice questions

- Premium subscription with access to 500+ questions and full-length tests

3. SUBSCRIPTIONS AND PAYMENTS

3.1 Subscription Types

The Application offers an auto-renewable monthly subscription that provides access to all premium content (500+ questions, 20+ practice sets per category, full-length tests).

3.2 Pricing

The subscription price is clearly displayed in the Application before purchase. Prices may vary by country and are converted automatically by Apple.

3.3 Payment

Payment is processed by Apple through your App Store account. No banking information is collected by our Application.

3.4 Auto-Renewal

Your subscription automatically renews unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

3.5 Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple Account Settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

3.6 Refunds

Refunds are handled exclusively by Apple. Please contact Apple Support for any refund requests.

4. FREE CONTENT

The Application offers free access to 50 practice questions across all categories. This free content allows you to evaluate the Application before subscribing.

5. USER CONDUCT

You agree to use the Application only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

- Attempt to bypass any subscription restrictions

- Reverse engineer or modify the Application

- Use the Application for any illegal purpose

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content in the Application, including questions, text, graphics, and software, is the property of [Your Name/Company] and is protected by international copyright laws.

7. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
