Welcome to GMAT Prep : Tests (hereinafter "the Application"). We are committed to protecting your personal data. This privacy policy aims to inform you clearly and transparently about how we collect, use, and protect your information.

- Device identifiers (to link your subscription to your Apple account)

- Usage data (tests taken, time spent) to improve user experience

3.3 Data related to in-app purchases

- When you subscribe, transactions are handled by Apple via the App Store. We do not receive any banking information.

- Apple only provides us with confirmation of your subscription and its duration.

4. HOW WE USE YOUR DATA

Your data is used to:

- Your scores and progress are stored on your device as long as you use the Application

- If you uninstall the Application, this data is deleted

- Subscription information is kept for the legally required period (3 years from the end of the subscription)

We never sell your personal data to third parties.

We only share your data with:

- Apple (for subscription management) – in accordance with their privacy policy

- Competent authorities if required by law

8. DATA TRANSFER OUTSIDE THE EU

Our servers (if any) are located in the European Union. If transfers outside the EU were to occur, they would be governed by safeguards compliant with the GDPR.
