Permitted Use

ASSESS EBT is licensed for personal, non-commercial use by individual pilots for self-assessment and aeronautical decision-making reference purposes.

No Professional Advice

The content of this application is for informational and educational purposes only. It does not constitute professional aviation advice, regulatory guidance, or operational instruction. In all cases, your operator's Standard Operating Procedures, Operations Manuals, and applicable regulations take precedence.

Subscription

ASSESS EBT Premium is an auto-renewable annual subscription. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation. Your subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings.

Intellectual Property

The app and its content are the property of the developer. References to ICAO, IATA, and other regulatory frameworks are for informational purposes and do not imply endorsement by those organisations.

Limitation of Liability

The developer is not liable for any decisions made using this application. Always follow your operator's procedures and applicable regulations.
