Refund & Cancellation Policy
ASR Academic Research Solutions follows a transparent and structured refund and cancellation policy to ensure fairness, accountability, and ethical service delivery. All payments made toward research assistance, thesis support, manuscript review, publication guidance, or related services are handled with clarity and professionalism.
Each service is initiated only after confirmation from the author. As our team invests significant time, expertise, and academic resources into every project, refund requests are carefully evaluated and processed only under eligible circumstances. Our objective is to provide fair resolutions while ensuring authors receive the services committed during engagement with us.
Refund Policy Guidelines
Once a service has commenced—such as manuscript evaluation, plagiarism checking, editing, review coordination, or publication support—fees paid are non-refundable.
In case of duplicate or excess payment made by the author for the same service, the additional amount will be refunded after verification.
If an author withdraws the manuscript or cancels services after review, editing, or acceptance stages, no refund will be applicable.
ASR Academic Research Solutions does not guarantee manuscript acceptance in any journal. Rejection after review or editorial assessment does not qualify for a refund.
If a service delay occurs due to technical or administrative issues from our end, authors may be offered a partial refund, service extension, or rescheduling, depending on the situation.
Refund requests must be submitted formally via email with valid payment proof and a clear reason for the request.
In cases of unauthorized or fraudulent transactions, refunds will be processed after proper verification and supporting evidence.
All approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
