Authors are solely responsible for ensuring that:

All sources, ideas, quotations, figures, and previously published material are properly cited
Any reused content complies with journal and publisher policies
The following practices are strictly prohibited:
Direct copying or word-to-word plagiarism
Self-plagiarism or duplicate publication
Inadequate paraphrasing without proper citation
Data falsification or manipulation
Misuse of AI-generated content that results in plagiarism
Submission of work previously published or under review elsewhere without disclosure
Actions in Case of Plagiarism
If plagiarism is identified, ASR may take one or more of the following actions depending on severity:
Return the manuscript for mandatory correction
Reject the manuscript for further processing
Report the issue to the author’s affiliated institution or funding body (if required)
Withdraw support or publication assistance even after acceptance
Authors may be required to submit a written declaration confirming that the manuscript is original, ethically prepared, and not submitted simultaneously to other journals or publishers.
Consequences of Severe Violations
In cases of serious or repeated plagiarism, ASR reserves the right to discontinue services and restrict the author from future submissions through our platform.
