Inside Sales Account manager/Customer Care specialist is a full time position responsible for overseeing existing client relationships and processing their incoming orders, but re-prints and new projects. They are responsible for collecting all required information to complet subsequent orders as well as coordinante with the art deparment to approve that proved artowk is print-ready.
