Absolute Security Employee Field Training 

Welcome to Absolute Security Employee Field Training

This training provides the core policies, procedures, and field expectations required of Absolute Security employees. It is intended to prepare you to perform your duties safely, professionally, and consistently with current company standards.

During this training, you will review topics including professional appearance, patrol vehicle operations, radio communications, pepper spray, use of force, interaction with law enforcement, observation and witness responsibilities, and reporting in THERMS.

Complete each section carefully and at the end of the training, you will complete a final examination. A passing score of 80% or higher is required for successful completion.

If you do not achieve a passing score, you will be expected to review the training material and retake the examination.

This training material is confidential and is provided for use by authorized Absolute Security personnel only. It may not be copied, distributed, or shared with persons outside Absolute Security.

Completion Requirement

Successful completion means that you have reviewed and completed Absolute Security Employee Field Training, acknowledged the training requirements, and achieved a passing score on the final examination.

The purpose of this training is not simply to pass an examination, but to understand the standards you will be expected to follow while working in the field.
