Being in the educational industry for more than a decade, Aisha Ansari brings many tools of the trade to the educational field. Graduated with a double Master's degree in administration and teacher leadership with ESL concentraion, Aisha  has the experience from being a building principal to a classroom teacher. She also had the privilege of coaching  and mentoring  teachers in Klein Independent School District as well as developing a viable curriculum for students for 6th,7th and 8th grade middle school. She initiated many programs at her campuses that became a calayst of change to better serve students which helped improve gaps among students. A proud presenter at the district, regional and state level,  she had an opportunity  to share her knowledge of instructional practices that benefit ALL students.

Outside of her professional life, Aisha  loves to travel with her husband and 4 beautiful children.  Being able to connect with people, Aisha loves to try and experience different foods which she believes bring people together.

Graduated from the Universidad Autónoma de Tamaulipas in Mexico as an Industrial and Systems Engineer, Elena completed a Master's degree in education with a curriculum design certification and began her educational career through the Alternative Certification Program at Region 4. Elena has had wonderful opportunities to teach diverse groups of students. Among her previous roles, she was a 1st and 2nd grade classroom teacher,  Response to Intervention teacher, RtI Campus Coordinator, K-2 Bilingual Literacy Specialist, and as a K-5 Language Instructional Specialist.

Since 2018, Elena served as a Bilingual and Dual Language Program Coordinator for Multilingual Services in Klein ISD. It is her desire to provide all students with an excellent education and support educators to prepare students offering a viable curriculum and provide every student with a rich, relevant, and clear pathway to success.

In her personal time, Elena is committed to giving  back to the community serving as an interpreter and instructional resource to mission trips to Guatemala.
