What services do you offer?
We offer dressage, jumping, and hunt seat riding lessons for riders of all levels of experience. Every lesson begins on the ground learning safe handling and care with one of our lesson horses. Lessons are tailored to each riders skill and comfort level.
We also offer training for horses and ponies in dressage, jumping, eventing and hunt seat. Whether your equine needs work with ground manners, help improving a skill, or even learning a new discipline, we offer a variety of training options. We have a few stalls available for short training stays or are available to travel to your facility for short or long term training.
What should I wear?
Standard riding attire consists of riding boots, breeches, and a helmet. If you're just starting out, jeans and closed toed shoes with a sturdy heel are appropriate. Open toed shoes are not permitted. All riders are required to wear an official horseback riding helmet due to safety. Other types of helmets, bicycle for example, are not permitted. If you don't have a riding helmet, one will be provided. The barn can be chilly during the colder months, layers are recommended.
Are there any restrictions?
All riders must be at least 6 years old. Due to the capabilities of our current lesson horses, the maximum weight they can carry is 250 pounds.
