Third-Party AI Services
We rely on OpenAI’s API (or a similar external AI provider) to process your prompts and generate responses. Your prompts (and related metadata) may be transferred to the AI provider’s servers.
We do not have a bespoke Data Processing Agreement with these providers; instead, we rely on their standard Terms of Use and privacy policies. While we require that personal data is handled lawfully, we do not fully control how they use or store data processed via their services.
For example, the provider may retain certain data (e.g. prompts) for a short period to monitor for abuse or to improve its models, in line with its own internal policies.
We process personal data for the following purposes:
Account Creation & Management
To register you as a user and maintain your profile settings.
To process subscription payments and manage billing issues.
Service Delivery
To provide AI-based responses, prompts, or image-generation services.
To store or display user-generated content within the App environment.
To forward your prompts and relevant context to our third-party AI provider so the model can generate appropriate responses.

To tailor recommendations, suggestions, or other content based on your usage.

Legal & Compliance
To comply with our legal obligations (e.g. anti-fraud measures, record-keeping).
To exercise or defend our legal rights, or respond to lawful requests by public authorities.
Under the UK GDPR, we rely on the following legal bases:
Contractual Necessity: Processing is necessary to perform our contract with you (e.g. to provide subscription-based services).
Consent: Where you have given explicit consent (e.g. for certain direct marketing communications or optional analytics).
Legitimate Interests: Where it is in our legitimate business interests to improve or secure our services, provided these are not overridden by your fundamental rights.
Legal Obligation: To comply with relevant laws, regulations, or legal processes.
We may share your data with:
Service Providers
Hosting providers, payment processors, analytics tools, and other third-party vendors who assist in operating our business and Service.
AI Providers (e.g. OpenAI) that process prompts and generate responses under their standard terms and privacy policies. We do not control the specific data processing practices of these third-party providers.
Affiliates & Business Transfers
If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, your data may be transferred as part of that transaction.
Our affiliates or parent entities, if any, but only to the extent strictly necessary.
Legal & Regulatory Compliance
To law enforcement agencies, regulatory bodies, or other third parties as required by applicable law, court order, or lawful request.
To defend or enforce our rights, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of others.
Your data may be processed, stored, or accessed outside the UK if our service providers or servers (including OpenAI or other AI providers) are located in other countries.
Where such transfers occur, we endeavour to ensure there are adequate safeguards in place (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) to protect your data in accordance with the UK GDPR.
We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to:
Fulfil the purposes outlined in this Policy.
Comply with legal or regulatory obligations.
Resolve disputes and enforce our agreements.
Perform legitimate business purposes (e.g. backups, audits).

To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at [Insert Your Email Address]. We may request additional information to verify your identity before fulfilling your request.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) (www.ico.org.uk) if you believe we have not addressed your concerns adequately.
