Kessingland Shotokan Karate Club

Sensei Mark Owers opened the Kessingland Shotokan Karate Club (KSKC) on the 2nd February 2024, supported by Sensei Chris Broadley from Satori Karate in Lowestoft. Initially we were affiliated to the English Shotokan Academy (ESA). Today the Kessingland Shotokan Karate Club operates under the Association of Shotokan Karate (ASK) and our members can also train at Lowestoft without any additional charge.

Since our launch in February 2024, our karate community has flourished. We've created a welcoming space where everyone, from beginners to experienced practitioners, can train together and learn from our dedicated instructors. Our classes offer mixed training where parents and guardians can learn karate with their children.
