# Standard cell architecture design for leading edge technology at Intel.
# Technology development at GlobalFoundries' 300mm silicon photonics technology.
#Active research on the design of an Avalanche Photodiode (APD)-based 3D Time of flight sensor chip architectures in AMS 0.35um CMOS and GF9WG silicon photonics Technology.
# Modeled, Designed and implemented a Pulsed LiDAR Front end [Layout/verification/Tape-out included circuit blocks are - Transimpedance Amplifier (TIA), Limiting Amplifier (LA), Comparator] and long-range and high precision Time to Digital Converter (TDC) chip in AMS 0.35 𝜇m CMOS Technology with OPTO option.
# Worked on the demonstration of a Single Link Optical receiver for visible light communication (VLC) at 12.5 m up to 2.5 Gb/s VLC compliant data rate.
# Silicon Photodetector (Si PD and APD) design, simulation and characterization (I-V characteristics, S11, S21, Opto-electrical Transfer Characteristics).
# Designed O-band and C-band Ge on Si APD structures in GF9WG (90nm CMOS silicon photonics platform) as a part of an internship at Globalfoundries, submitted two disclosures based on the designs proposed.
# Rigorous academic background in Analog/mixed-signal and RF circuit design, Optoelectronic device physics and operation, optical wireless communication, solid-state devices.
#5+ years hands-on experience in “on-wafer probing”.
# Expert in using Cadence (Spectre, AMS, Virtuoso), Calibre/Assura Layout verification tools, HSPICE, ADS, MEDICI, Synopsys TCAD Sentaurus, MATLAB, Simulink, Verilog, Verilog-A, SKILL/Ocean-script, C/C++, Java, python, Synopsys Rsoft TCAD co-simulation, Lumerical packages.
# Proficient in the use of Network Analyzer, Spectrum Analyzer, Bit Error Rate Tester (BERT), Digital Communication Analyzer, Pico-ammeter, Optical power meter, Oscilloscope, Wafer Probing, PCB Soldering.
