Brief description about the course -

In this course, I have learned the use of RSOFT photonic integrated circuit software suite. For the PIC course project, I designed and studied the performance of the Mach-Zehnder Modulator for PIN structure and an interleaved PN structure.

Tools used for this project were Synopsys Rsoft and Optsim tools and AIM photonics PDK.
