Give yourself a break before the start of finals!
TUVA and AASU will be hosting a cozy movie night, where we will show Raya and the Last Dragon! Swing by BFL-Room 3 from 7:30-9:30pm on Thursday (4/29) to snuggle up in your blanket with some snacks and friends.
There are plenty of snacks for everyone, and we hope we can all come together one last time before the semester ends!
Join your fellow AASU friends this Friday (4/9) from 6-7pm CST in BFL-Room 1 for Art for Relaxation! Register for the event here.
Create mood board collages, unsent feeling postcards, zentangle art, and more while taking some time to reflect on how this semester has gone. No artistic abilities required!
Look through the slides to see the main themes and activities for the night. Members will get the chance to join the group they want to work on those projects and discuss afterwards.
From AASU Studios, this is Jeopardy! Introducing today’s contestants... the AASU gen bod!
Sign up for a spot at this link, and we will assign groups based on attendance. This is just a casual night with fun people and some friendly competition!
Also, we heard your cries! Jeopardy will be hosted in-person, and we can't wait to see everyone's beautifully *MASKED* faces! Of course, we still have a Zoom option for those who find that more convenient!
In a collaboration with Phi Sigma Pi, Tulane’s Honors Fraternity, we are bringing you AASUxPSP’s Recipe Exchange. Share your recipes, which will be combine into a master “recipe book” to be posted on our website! Each member will present their recipe in 1-2 slides, and attendees will vote on the best recipe.
Look out for Tanvi’s email for more information and a presentation template…but feel free to spice it up. Submissions can be sent to Jessica (jli48@tulane.edu).

Lookout for AASU's PowerPoint Party! Each participant will create a PowerPoint on any topic of their choosing, but here's the catch—participants will be randomly assigned someone else's PowerPoint to present!
Be sure to bring your best improv skills because there will be prizes (old AASU t-shirts and white rabbit candy) for the best PowerPoint and presentation based on popular vote.
Don't forget to register for the event at this link!
Join AASU for our latest upcoming Identity Discussion on multigenerational racism. We will watch WongFu Productions' “A Long Time Coming” and talk about our own experiences and interactions with family members.
The event is offered in-person or over Zoom (don't forget to sign up using the link above!), and we will reach out later in the week with exact location details. (We will also try to match people by their pods!)

Members will be put into groups of 3 to compete in the "Amazing Race," where they will go on a scavenger hunt to various stations and obtain clues through playing games. The first groups to get to the last station and find the grand prize will be our winners!
(The date may be subject to change, depending on the weather.)
Needing a night-in this weekend? Spend it with AASU! We will be meeting on Zoom first, then streaming "Rush Hour" on our AASU Discord.
Handmade snack packs from the board are being offered to the FIRST 50 people who sign up. Pick-up will be on Friday night, from 4-6pm in LBC 211.
Start off the school year by meeting your fellow AASU members, old and new. We'll be hanging out over Zoom and getting to know each other over fun chats!
Kick-off AASU's Discord by coming to hang out, stream JackBox, and play Skribbl.io!
Thank you to everyone who contributed PowerPoints and presented!
It was such a fun night filled with laughs and good memories! Hopefully, we were able to provide a fun, casual getaway from everyone's busy weeks. AASU also hopes to continue this event in the future to continue seeing everyone's creativity!

Thank you to everyone who shared their recipes!
We definitely all love food, and it was great seeing everyone's amazing dishes. Hopefully, we can get the chance to try something new! Please share with AASU if you decide to try any of the recipes from our event.
Also, a HUGE thanks to Phi Sigma Pi for collaborating with us on this event and making it possible! If you are considering campus involvement and are interested in rushing for the Honors Fraternity, please check out their Instagram for more information!
