Sorbonne Universités, which campuses are in the heart of Paris, covers all major disciplinary fields and offers new transversal academic and research programs. In 2018, the merger of Paris-Sorbonne and Pierre et Marie Curie universities will transform Sorbonne Universités into a fully-fledged university with three autonomous faculties: Humanities and Social Sciences, Sciences and Medicine.

Institut de Recherche pour le Développement

The IRD (Institut de recherche pour le développement) is a French research organism, original and unique on the European development research scene. Emphasizing interdisciplinarity, the IRD has focused its research for over 65 years on the relationship between man and its environment, in Africa, Mediterranean, Latin America, Asia and the French tropical overseas territories. Its research, training and innovation activities are intended to contribute to the social, economic and cultural development of southern countries.

 International Centre for Interdisciplinary Science and Education (ICISE)

The International Centre for Interdisciplinary Science and Education (ICISE) is a unique science and education institution located in the coastal city of Quy Nhon, Vietnam. It welcomes national and international Conferences, specialized professional colloquia, as well as selected Thematic Schools, in particular for doctoral students and has full support and appreciation of the local and national authorities. Commissioned by the association ‘Rencontres du Vietnam’ under the direction of its founders Prof. Jean Tran Thanh Van and Prof. Le Kim Ngoc, the purpose of ICISE is to bring together scientists from developed and emerging countries to host conferences as well as to nurture the association’s long-held expertise in designing exceptional cultural and educational projects.

University of Science and Technology of Hanoi (USTH)

The University of Science and Technology of Hanoi (USTH, also called Vietnam – France University) is a public university, which was established in 2009 under the Intergovernmental Agreement between Vietnam and France with the ambition to become one of the most excellent research-oriented universities at an international standard in Vietnam.
