I am an Economic Consultant in the Antitrust and Competition Practice at NERA in Washington, D.C. 

I hold a Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Virginia. My Ph.D. research examined how the 2018 U.S. tariffs on steel affected competition in highway procurement auctions.
