Hello, my name is Ashlyn Meester and I am from Ellsworth, Minnesota. I grew up on a farm with my parents, Korey and Dawn, and my two siblings, Paige and Cole. I attended Ellsworth Public School from preschool all of the way to high school. I was very active in my school as I participated in National Honor Society (NHS), Future Farmers of America (FFA), drama, band, volleyball, basketball, and track and field. In the fall of 2020, I attended South Dakota State University for Early Childhood Education and Elementary Education through Dakota State University. My time at SDSU was nothing short of amazing. I had astounding professors and such a good support system. I will graduate from SDSU on May 4, 2024 and start my new job in the fall! I will be teaching fifth grade at Worthington Intermediate School. With starting a new job, I will also be getting married on August 10, 2024 to the love of my life, Bradden Kunkel. I am so excited for this new journey and I am looking forward to educating the young minds of today!
