Worked with UI Lead on designing UI layouts and menu flow while focusing on accessibilty for users
An early wireframe that my UI /UX lead and I designed for the game.
With the focus on the fusion between arcane and military tech , designing the main HUD elements felt daunting because magic and tech are oppositie ends of a spectrum where magical elements are more whimsical and colorful while military tech is metallic and stiff. I was able to achieve a balance after my iterations and references from other games that had minimalistic elements that minimic high tech and games that blended more with a witchy or magic aesthetic in their interface designs.
