Marketing Coordinator

During my tenure at The Money Store, I handled a diverse range of marketing initiatives, crafting captivating social graphics, eye-catching flyers, compelling postcards, impactful billboards, and engaging PowerPoint presentations. Additionally, I actively contributed to enhancing our online presence by assisting with the graphical elements of a website overhaul and meticulously reviewing and refining social media posts from Loan Originators. Furthermore, I played a pivotal role in fostering a positive workplace environment by serving on the Employee Experience Committee.

September 2019 to March 2023 - Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Valley Partners

Vice President of Marketing and Administration, Marketing and Admin Director, Assistant Property Manager

As the Vice President of Marketing and Administration, I developed strategic brand management, set goals, conducted market research, and oversaw and maintained appropriate company image. I was responsible for all brokerage and agent marketing. I led marketing training for new agents and advised agents on marketing questions. Also, I was a part of the Leadership Team and assisted with all company decisions on hiring, system changes, company events and training, opening new offices, and so much more.

As the Marketing and Admin Director, I was responsible for all company marketing including daily social media posts, website creation and SEO, postcards, email marketing, and recruiting strategies. I also performed various office management tasks such as answering phones, maintaining adequate stock of office supplies, and depositing checks.

As the Assistant Property Manager, I processed expense invoices related to the managed property portfolio, maintained and tracked current rent insurance policies from tenants, responded to tenant requests, and assisted with various ad hoc tasks.

December 2017 to July 2019 - Keller Williams: The Peter Hewitt Team

Marketing Assistant and Photographer

As the Marketing Assistant and Photographer for The Peter Hewitt Team, I sent daily expired letters, monthly postcards, and weekly FSBO letters, assembled pre-listing folders for agents, obtained and created a database of leads from ColeRealty, photographed houses, and edited and posted photographed houses to the MLS system.

Design Intern

I assisted with graphic design projects such as the Paxinosa Elementary School renovation announcement postcard, the Wade Associates postcard, and the Monocacy Commons logo. I created and redesigned the company’s meeting minutes and booklet templates, and created other documents.
