CHECK LIST FOR SITES

1. Labelled gel images AND corresponding interpretation worksheets must be uploaded to the site's Google folder each week. 

2. Once all results have been verified, the CONSA clean data sheet must be updated regularly.

3. Point of Care Tests must be documented using the confirmatory or repeat POCT forms. Upload photos of these forms to the corresponding Google folder after each test.
