Mr. Nurse is a registered professional engineer with 15 years of experience in structural design. He is a graduate of Polytechnic University (June 2001) and started with the PA July of 2001 (trainee program). He spent his first five years working on projects at JFK International airport and LaGuardia Airport. Mr. Nurse was transferred to the Structural Design - Tunnels and Bridges group in 2006 and has worked on projects such as GWB Facility-Wide Concrete and Steel Repairs, Rehab. of New York and New Jersey Anchorage Main Cable Strands and GWB Main Span Upper-Level Structural Steel Rehabilitation.
Mr. Nurse is currently a Principal Structural Engineer in the Bridges Group managing and overseeing multiple projects at the George Washington Bridge including his role as Lead Engineer on the GWB Suspension System Rehabilitation Program.
