TERMS OF SERVICE

By commissioning me, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully before submitting a request.

1. General & Payment

All prices are listed in USD. Payments are accepted securely via PayPal (Invoices) or Gumroad.
Payment is split into two milestones: 50% is required upfront to secure your slot in my queue and begin work. The remaining 50% is required after final approval of the piece, prior to the delivery of the high-resolution, unwatermarked files.
Note: All transaction fees are already included in the listed price. There are no hidden checkout fees 👌
I reserve the right to decline any commission request for any reason.

2. Process & Revisions

References: Please provide clear visual references and a concise description of your character.
Updates: You will receive a work-in-progress (WIP) update during the initial sketch phase.
Revisions: Minor adjustments (e.g., color tweaks, small detail changes) are free during the sketch phase. Major changes requested after the sketch is approved or the piece is fully rendered may incur an extra fee.

3. Refunds & Cancellations

If I must cancel the commission for any reason, you will receive a 100% full refund.
If you cancel before work has started, you will receive a full refund.
If you cancel after work has begun, you will receive a partial refund based on the amount of work already completed. Once the piece is finished, no refunds will be issued.

4. Copyright & Usage (Personal vs. Commercial)

Artist Rights: I retain the copyright to the artwork. I reserve the right to post the commissioned work on my social media, portfolio, and website. (If the piece is a gift or contains unreleased spoilers, please let me know and I will happily delay posting it!)
Personal Use (Base Prices): The prices listed on my website are for Personal Use Only. You may use the art for your tabletop games, personal social media icons, profile banners, or print it out for your wall. You may not use it on merchandise, book covers, games, or anything that generates revenue.
Indie Commercial Use: If you are an independent creator (e.g., self-published author, solo game dev, small Kickstarter) intending to sell a product featuring my art, a Commercial License Fee applies. This is typically 1.5x to 2x the base price and grants a limited commercial run. Please state your project details upfront for an accurate quote.
Studio / Full Buyout: For mid-to-large studios requiring exclusive rights or a complete copyright buyout (Work-For-Hire), the fee is typically 3x to 5x+ the base price.
Note on Royalties: I work strictly on flat-fee commercial licenses and do not accept royalty-based or profit-sharing agreements.

5. AI Policy

You are strictly prohibited from using my artwork to train, feed, or prompt any Artificial Intelligence image generators.
