Raw Material Selection
We source cinnamon bark directly from trusted farmers in West Sumatra. Only high-quality bark with strong aroma and good color is selected.
Drying & Sorting
The cinnamon is naturally sun-dried to reduce moisture to below 13%. Then, it is hand-sorted to classify by size, cleanliness, and uniformity.
Trimming & Grading
Sticks are trimmed to specific export lengths (8–20 cm) and graded carefully for consistency.
Packaging
Products are packed in food-grade corrugated cartons (10–25 kg) with inner liner to ensure hygiene and prevent moisture.
