Profile Summary

At present I am working as a Senior Engineer for Halliburton and I have a Master's in Mechanical Engineering from Colorado School of Mines. I conducted research on Laser Powder Bed Fusion (L-PBF) Process otherwise known as Selective Laser Melting (SLM) Process. I studied how different process parameters affect mechanical properties of L-PBF printed parts through extensive experimental testing. With the experimental data I developed machine learning models to predict mechanical properties of L-PBF printed parts. I have conducted research on FDM process as well and served as Teaching Assistant for Additive Manufacturing course and guided graduate students in their research projects on Additive Manufacturing and experimental testing of Additive printed parts.

Before joining Colorado School of Mines I was working as Product Design Engineer at Schlumberger for about 5 years. During my tenure as Design Engineer I have designed Surface Wellhead and Gate Valve Components in accordance with API 6A and NACE MR0175 standards. I have involved in all stages of Product Design right from interacting with customers about the requirements to translating them to concept to prototype and release of Engineering drawings for production.
