About Me

I began my teaching journey during my undergraduate studies at a university, where I served as the paint charge for the theatre department for two years. During this time, I discovered my passion for teaching art.

After graduating with a degree in art and earning my teaching certification, I began teaching elementary art in 2015.

Since 2021, I have presented at a statewide art education conference and have greatly enjoyed working with adult learners. I also earned a master’s degree in education and have had the opportunity to work within a digital learning community as a learning coach. These experiences have allowed me to mentor new art teachers both within my district and beyond.
