This year marks a truly special milestone — 40 years of celebrating culture, creativity, and community through the Arts in Black Festival. We’re inviting you, your family, your friends, and everyone who loves great music, art, food, and fellowship to join us for this unforgettable anniversary celebration in Fulwood Park.
But the celebration doesn’t start in May.
We’re honoring this historic year with a full season of events leading up to the big festival weekend. From community gatherings and youth activities to artist showcases and cultural programs, there will be something for every generation to enjoy.
Whether you’ve been part of Arts in Black from the beginning or you’re joining us for the first time, this is the perfect moment to come together, reflect on our shared history, and look forward to the next 40 years of creativity and unity.
Hosted by the Arts in Black Festival Committee, Eagle’s Wings Judah Worship Center, and Pastor Reather G. Campbell.
Join us for a meaningful and unifying Good Friday Service on April 3, 2026 at 7:30 PM.
This sacred evening invites our entire community to pause, reflect, and honor the sacrifice of Jesus Christ at Calvary.
Good Friday commemorates the crucifixion and death of Christ — a solemn moment that prepares us for the hope and victory of the Resurrection. Together, we gather to remember, to worship, and to stand in gratitude for the love shown to humanity.
