Lisa Russell, MPH is an Emmy® Award-winning filmmaker and Founder of Create2030 who has 15+ years experience producing films and creative events across the globe for leading UN/NGO agencies. An established global speaker and thought leader, Lisa is a two time TEDx speaker, SheDecides Global Champion, UN/NGO contracted storyteller and arts curator and Fulbright Specialist. Lisa was a keynote speaker at the first-ever World Conference on Creative Economy hosted by the Goverment of the Republic of Indonesia, is a two time juror for the UN-DESA SDGs in Action Film Festival, and a film contributor to the 2019 Global Festival of Action. Lisa is also the Founder of the Women Deliver Film Festival which she curated in 2010 (Washington, DC0, 2013 (Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia), 2016 (Copehagen, Denmark) and 2019 (Vancouver, Canada.) She also curated the first film festival for the Bhutan International Arts Festival and has curated youth poetry performances at high level UN gatherings including the ECOSOC Youth Forum, the International Day of Youth, WPAY+20, CSW and UNGA. She was a featured speaker at the first Social Good Summit and regular presenter and workshop facilitattor at other film festivals, storytelling summits, universities, international conferences, youth leadership programs and more.
Chesney Snow is a Drama Desk award winner and a 3x Artist in Residence at Harvard University with the Office of the Arts. A seasoned theater performer, he has appeared on Broadway in the musical, "In Transit." Chesney is one of NYC’s premiere human beatbox/vocal percussionists and a pioneering figure in American beatbox culture and was the Executive Producer and CEO of the American Beatboxing Championships, a three-day international arts festival featuring performances, film screenings, workshops, gallery exhibitions, panel discussions, and of course beatboxing battles of all kinds. For over two decades Snow's work as a teaching artist has centered on engaging the arts as a vehicle for social change and empowerment. He has been a collaborator with Create2030 for 10 years developing performances, workshops, and dialog surrounding the arts and education with the United Nations. He has taught workshops and masterclasses in countless prisons, hospitals, public and private schools and universities including Riker's Island, Harvard University, Juilliard, New York University, University of Wisconsin Platteville, the Kingdom of Bhutan, and the U.S. State Department with American Voices, as well as numerous theaters throughout the country. He is a long time teaching artist with New Victory Theater and more recently with The Town Hall in New York City.
