In this 3-Days introductory course, meditation instructor
Japneet Kaur Anand
will teach the basics of mindfulness, defined as present-moment, kind awareness. Mindfulness can be cultivated both formally through meditation practice and informally by bringing more presence to our daily activities in an intentional way.
Daily classes will include guided meditations, teachings, and plenty of room for questions, authentic sharing, and curiosity. Come learn tools to help increase your human potential in a way which can foster depth and meaning in your day-to-day life
