1. Basic Terms

• Any form of abuse, harassment, impersonation, threats, or bullying is strictly prohibited.

• The App may not be used for any illegal, unauthorized, or harmful purposes.

• International users must comply with local laws related to digital conduct and content.

• All content (text, images, PDFs, documents, scans, etc.) uploaded or created is your responsibility.

• Do not upload or use content from other sources without the necessary rights or permissions.

• Spamming, chain letters, promotional content, or pyramid schemes are not allowed.

• You may not introduce malware, viruses, or attempt to interfere with the App's functionality.

• Violation of any term may result in suspension or termination of your access.
  
  

2. General Conditions

• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the App without notice.

• These Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use after changes implies your acceptance.

• We may deny access to the App at our discretion without liability.

• We are not obligated to monitor user content but may remove anything violating laws or our policies.

• We may collect anonymized usage data for analytics and product improvement.

• We may reclaim usernames that infringe trademarks or violate intellectual property rights.
  
  

3. Disclaimer

• The App is provided "as-is" and "as-available" without warranties of any kind.

• We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or performance.

• You agree not to use the App to:

  • Distribute harmful, illegal, or offensive material.

  • Share copyrighted content without appropriate rights.

  • Send spam or unauthorized promotions.

  • Impersonate any person or organization.

4. Free Trials

• We may offer free trials for premium features. Eligibility is determined at our sole discretion.

• Unless canceled before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically renew, and your Apple ID will be charged.
  
  

5. Subscriptions and Pricing

Premium subscriptions grant access to advanced features. Current pricing:

• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends.

• Renewals are charged to your Apple ID account within 24 hours prior to the expiration.

• You may manage or cancel subscriptions at any time through your Apple ID settings.
  
  

6. Billing via Apple ID

• All in-app purchases and subscriptions are processed through Apple.

• We do not directly handle or store your billing information.

• You are responsible for managing your subscriptions and understanding Apple's billing process.
  
  

7. Refund Policy (App Store)

• Refunds for purchases must be requested directly through Apple Support.

• We do not issue refunds ourselves.

• Automatic renewal charges are non-refundable. You must cancel subscriptions manually to avoid charges.
  
  

8. Copyright and Intellectual Property

• All content in the App (excluding user-generated content) — including logos, text, UI design, icons, and features — is protected under copyright and IP laws.

• You may not reuse, reproduce, or distribute any app content without prior written permission.

• The name “Artisan,” the app’s branding, and its associated trademarks are the sole property of the company.

• Any suggestions or feedback you submit may be used by us to improve the App without compensation or obligation.
