Andrea Baker is a Leadership Coach with over two decades of employee relations, conflict resolution, and HR consulting experience across industries. Her focus is building people-centered cultures and equipping managers with the self-awareness, communication, and leadership skills that technical knowledge alone doesn't provide.

Andrea holds degrees in Organizational Communication and Psychology from Michigan State University and completed post-graduate coaching training at the College of Executive Coaching. She is certified as a Senior Certified Professional through the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM-SCP) and is a member of both SHRM and the Association of Workplace Investigators (AWI).

Nicole DeSimone bridges the gap between psychotherapy and leadership coaching by helping leaders embed emotional intelligence into their communication style.
She focuses on driving measurable improvements in leadership effectiveness, helping leaders navigate complex interpersonal dynamics, build self-awareness, and cultivate high-performing, resilient workplace cultures. In her spare time, Nicole advances mental health access as the co-founder of Feelings and Rainbows, a community therapy non-profit.

Nicole holds degrees in Psychology and Counseling Psychology from Cal State Dominguez Hills and University of the West. She is a licensed Psychotherapist with 10 years of experience in Human Resources.
